The integrated qualifications framework (IQF) will be launching over the coming year. By providing a practical guide to approved qualifications for those working with children and young people, it will play a key role in achieving a more integrated workforce.
When a qualification is included in the IQF you can be certain that it is accredited, recognised, reflects the common core, appears on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), and supports integrated working. Whatever your role, employee or volunteer, the IQF will help you develop your skills, see how various qualifications link to each other, and improve your ability to move from one job to another.
The IQF will become an essential resource for employers and careers advisers by helping to map out career progression and improve mobility across the workforce. This new and evolving tool will develop over time so look out for it and we’re sure you will find
